Description of the foundation and its mission:
The Kurt Caselli Foundation was established in 2013. The focus of the foundation is the safety of riders and racers in the off-road motorcycling industry. While we understand the inherent elements of danger in this industry, we aim to help minimize this danger to the best of our ability. The foundation has a three-part mission that encompasses safety precautions for riders before, during, and after a racing career.
1. Before racing, we are committed to encouraging, developing, and standardizing safety precautions that will help minimize risk outside of the rider's control.
2. During racing, we are committed to developing, establishing, and encouraging the use of safety equipment and policies to increase the safety of the riders.
3. After racing, we are committed to providing a safety net that allows and encourages former racers to further their education and reach career goals for themselves and their families.

LIVE SIMULCAST WILL BEGIN AT 6:00 pm PST -
The creators of On Any Sunday, the Next Chapter, Red Bull, KTM and Roland Sands have collaborated on a bike designed in Kurt's memory that will be auctioned off at the Red Bull Day in the Dirt event November 29, 2014. 100% of the proceeds from the auction will be donated to The Kurt Caselli Foundation to help protect the lives of off-road riders. In 2014, The Kurt Caselli Foundation worked with the SCORE/Baja Series to give easier access and better mounting guidance of the Spot tracking devices, created arrows and other more prominent trail markers to better indicate areas of danger at the AMA National Hare & Hound and SCORE/Baja events. The foundation also swept the course before each SCORE/Baja event to look for elements of danger or groups of people and animals that were in the line of the track to remove them from the area. The foundation has partnered with the Asterisk Mobile Medical Center to provide an ultra-sound machine at the Supercross and Motocross events to better evaluate rider's injuries prior to hospital transport. This partnership has led to collaboration of the doctor's and medics from that group as well as the off-road medics in the group Rescue 3 to work together to create a better medical platform across the board for the safety of all off-road riders.
