This Agreement is entered into on November 12, 2015, between ______________________ (the "CxO") and ____________________________ (the "Winning Bidder").
The CxO, to support the Chattanooga Technology Council, has agreed to donate two hours of consulting time to the Winning Bidder at the Chattanooga Technology Council's CxO Auction.
The Winning Bidder was the highest bidder for the CxO's two hours of consulting time at the Chattanooga Technology Council's CxO Auction.
It is agreed by the parties:
1. The CxO agrees to consult with the Winning Bidder for a total of 2 (two) hours before July 1, 2016. The consulting time may be used by the Winning Bidder in increments of not less than 30 minutes (a maximum of four meetings or telephone conferences even if less than 2 (two) hours of consulting time has been used by the Winning Bidder). The consulting shall occur at times and places (including telephone) mutually agreed to by the parties.
2. The CxO can be contacted for purposes of scheduling consulting time at ________________ @ _______________.
3. The CxO will not be required to disclose any confidential or proprietary information regarding the CxO's employer or its business.
This Agreement has been entered into between the CxO and the Winning Bidder effective as of the date set forth above.
